*See Updated Review: Great concept But has it’s flaws
Updated review: The company reached out to me and asked if I would be willing to try a newly revised tip and wax. I accepted and was sent the new version. I have to say that the newly revised tip and wax are 100% better. (The attached pictures are the newly revised version I received).Original review: I really wanted to like this tool, but the wax that comes with it is AWFUL! Yes, it’s very sticky and picks up the drills easily, but it’s very soft and leaves residual on the drills. The concept is very neat if you use your own wax to load it. Also the hole on the tip is a little too big and the drills often get stuck in it.

Game changer!
I took the advice of other reviewers and immediately tossed the wax that it came with, so I can't attest to the quality of the wax. What I can say, though, is that it works perfectly with the standard wax that comes with every diamond painting project. I was able to roll up 2 squares and put them in this pen. Then, you just twist it to push the wax out of the tip. It's a total game changer! Gone are the days of digging wax out of the tip with a toothpick, then dipping it into fresh wax. With this, you just twist it, scrape off the used wax with your fingernail, and use the fresh wax underneath! One thing that I noticed is that due to the pressure it's exerting when you twist it, wax will keep coming out of the tip even after you've stopped twisting. The solution is to untwist it just slightly to relieve the pressure, and you're good to go!And a suggestion to the manufacturer - please make it more ergonomic! The shape of this is just like a regular pen, which causes hand cramps. I'm going to use a gel grip to see if that helps, but it would be nice for it to come with a grip or have a more ergonomic shape!

Works well! Sturdy but light!
The wax that comes with it is WAY too soft. I swapped the wax out for alien putty and love it! I do find their pens too thin for my hand, but was able to add a pen grip to it. If they could swap out the straightener on the other end for a multi placer I'd be over the moon.

Like this tool.
This is a very good tool for diamond art enthusiasts. Only negative is that it is hard to twist the pen when you need more wax. If you have weakness in your hands, it probably is not for you. If your grip is strong, go for it.

I love this pen
Saw someone else using this on Facebook and had to try it. I'm in love with it. It's sturdy and easy to fill. It has some weight to it, but I like that. But I like that I don't have to have the wax sitting nearby for refills, or that I don't have to deal with old wax build up in my pen place. If I had any complaints it would be that there needs to be options to buy this with the multi-placers. Cause I would definitely buy them too.
