Quality issues
The product is highly overrated in terms of sound quality and stability. Sound levels are highly attenuated and barely audible. Codecs are suspect - experiencing fidelity issues. There is a distinct echo on the receiving side during calls. On the positive side excellent connectivity with Android and I phones.
