Arcane: League of Legends - Season One Limited Edition Steelbook [4K] [4K UHD]

Great first season of a series. Great story telling and some of the most beautiful animation in movies. A must watch for anyone who loves great stories and beautiful art!

I've already viewed ARCANE on NetFlix multiple times and can confidently say that is a masterpiece in storytelling, character development and stunning visuals. However, after having received my copy of the 4K Steelbook edition and loaded it up for the first time, I was immediately blown away.This, right here, is how you get the most out of ARCANE. The sound, the colors, the lighting and detail are so rich, the fact that it took 3+ years to get a physical release was well worth the wait. As with the dramatic payoffs throughout the season, this is stellar. Another great thing about ARCANE is the art style is very unique, almost like watercolor paintings come to life so it will never feel dated. You can watch old PIXAR and Dreamworks films and instantly recognize they are products of their time. Not so with ARCANE. This story is devastatingly beautiful and timeless.I don't play League of Legends and don't intend, which makes ARCANE's existence and as excellent as it is, strangely ironic. It's undeniably an advert for League of Legends but there's so much talent and passion put into ARCANE, it is a bit of an anomaly. The fact that it is based off of a free-to-play MOBA game actually works against it as I've had difficulty convincing my friends to watch ARCANE as their minds immediately go-to 'League of Legends', which they also have no desire to play.For any fan of animation and quality entertainment in general, ARCANE in 4k is a must.

I LOVE ARCANE! I was so happy to see the first season was out in 4k and I had to buy it to play on my PS5. The show is AMAZING and video quality and sound in 4k is amazing! I'm looking forward to the second season being available on 4k discs later this year! If you're a fan, definitely buy this 4k edition! Jinx and Vii forever!!!!

Arrived ahead of schedule, well packed with both copies of the Steelbook Series I ordered in pristine condition, sealed, unopened, wrapped in protective foil and not tempered with with no damage on the products. Everything that's part of the package delivered within it.Very satisfied and happy with my order since as a huge fan of the show and universe I really wanted to have these copies and Gkids only operates in the USA, so this offer on Amazon was perfect for me and I got exactly what I ordered and hoped for!

Studio Fortiche is brilliant at mixing 2D with 3D animation seamlessly. If you watched the season on Netflix, it's still a must-buy. The bonus features are worth the price, plus seeing it in 4K without any loss of (always experience that with Netflix) picture quality with rich black tones.If you are a fan of mature animation and like a painterly stylized look, this is a must-have for your collection. Beyond the visuals, it's a good tale.

Beautiful, no complaints.

This was really well done. Top notch on all fronts: writing, animation, soundtrack, pace, subtitles, and extras.The ending caught me off guard but I am interested how a season two would tie in. Really enjoyed this one.

It looks pretty nice, but there were some scratches in the metal that scraped off the decals. It also for some reason came with sticky material to try to attach the outer sleeve which left a lot of sticky residue across the front which I think I managed to mostly get off, but I'm a bit worried to try to wipe/clean it since I've seen the coats on cases and metal like this come off easily before so I'll just have to deal with the front looking a bit bad.The show itself is good, however.
