This knife is gorgeous and SHARP. The price of this knife made the quality even more outstanding as you get way more than you pay for, in my opinion. It's a fantastic size for all sorts of needs in the kitchen and I'm so glad that I was able to get it. The blade isn't overly thick and unwieldy, making this easy for any level of expertise, and it cuts easily while also being easy to care for.

This seems like a good quality knife. Useful and aesthetically pleasing. One thing: The black object in the pictures that is the same shape as the blade is a piece of foam that is part of the packaging. I thought it was a sheath to put over the blade when it's stored. It's not. I wish it was!
