Does this really come with: "includes motorized rod, remote control, wall adapter with 12 feet cord and all mounting hardware" - like about this item?

I got mine several years ago, but I don’t believe it came with anything additional, just the remote. It is still working though.

I had the same problem as I misplaced my remote. I bought a replacement here on Amazon. They don't require programming or anything. Works right out of the box.

Where can I buy a replacement motor for center open erod

I have been trying to get a replacement motor for my erod motorized curtains for almost 2 years now. I was told by the company that they would be back in stock last April, 2019. and that they would email as soon as they were available. They still do not have them today. I have had 3 motors go out on two separate curtain rods in less than a year. I finally put a pull rod on the back of one of them and just pull it open and closed. Not happy with my purchase at all. I wouldn't care if I could get the replacement motor but after replacing 2 in less than a year they have never been in stock since. Don't waste your money on these curtain rods.
