Used it for 2 days only now till now no issues as A Physiotherapist I really recommend this product for Daily usePost workout, for Relaxation after a long tiring day.Overall a good product battery lasts almost 30-40 mins on continuous use can't ask for more better battery back up would be appreciated.It's ok and value for money, heat function is not so perfect but will do the job for Small injuries, pain relief is good, weight is also ok you can easily manuvere and speed control options are also good

Poor quality even worse customer service from both cult and Amazon, the product stopped working after a week of use. Sent around 10 emails the cult and Amazon still no use, if thinking of purchasing one please compare other brands maybe other website too like Flipkart and Myntra they have much better customer service at least, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CULT AND AMAZON
