Superbly delicious, like eating thick melted chocolate without the sugar content and low in calories. I buy when it’s on offer, rather expensive otherwise. It makes a great vegan snack spread on a small whole grain tortilla. Very thick consistency, so good straight off the spoon 😋

After reading mixed reviews on this, I though I'd give it a try. I absolutely love it, it's delicious! Dark and sweet enough. Yes, you can taste the sunflower seeds, but for me that's a good thing. My partner on the other hand, is not a fan of this. I think this might be one of those products that divides people's opinions.

In a bid to cut down on sugar and increase my protein intake I was looking for something sweet to put on my pancakes and toast that wasn't full of sugar. This spread taste great. I would say like a chocolate peanut butter. Highly recommended
