Great Dog Puzzle For Winter
This is a fantastic puzzle! It really keeps my three Australian Shepherds busy during the cold winter days when I'd rather not go outside with them.. The cats love it too, although they cannot figure it out. I gave the doggos a couple of hints as to how to work it and off they went! Reccomend!

The dogs cannot stop playing with it.
The dogs love it. They run right away to play as soon as they know that it is ready for them. This is really good for puppies, but also for older dogs. I love the fact that it has 5 levels.

Fantastic puzzle but depends on dog size
This is a really great puzzle and the varying difficulty levels are amazing for training your dog and exercising their brain. The problem is the pieces of the puzzle are all designed for roughly mid sized dogs. One of my dogs is 80lbs and she can clear level 3 easily, but even though she understands what to do for level 4 theoretically, her fine motor skills with her nose can't reliably cycle the cones beyond the closest one to the wheel. But my 35lb corgi realized that his tongue is small enough he doesn't need to solve the puzzle. He was halfway through learning level 2 when he realized he could just stick his tongue in and eat the treats out without moving the cone. So the big one has a lot of fun with level 3 still, but she can't advance past that. And the little one just cheats. If your dog is 50-60lbs with average shaped features, they can probably keep learning all the way to the top. Regardless, it's better than anything else on the market that I've encountered as far as engagement for my dog. And if she's happy I'm happy.

Great concept but holes are too big for 38lb dog
My 38lb Lagotto loves puzzles. Was looking for an advanced difficulty level and tried this one. Unfortunately, the holes in the moveable pieces are too big. He can stick his tongue in there and grab the treats that way. So most of this puzzle is useless now. I tried electrical tape to cover half the hole but that didn't last long. Not sure what else I can do.

It’s very well made
My Australian Shepherd was completing other puzzle toys so quickly I was ordering her new ones every week. Because this one has 5 levels, it has kept her interested and learning with daily use. It is very durable, easy to clean and she gets very happy when she see’s me loading it with treats!

Excited to get for my pup for Christmas, but I'm so disappointed...
Christmas of 2023 I got my dog a puzzletoy as a gift that she absolutely LOVED. My dog was/is obsessed with it. I've gotten puzzles before, but she would figure them out so quickly, so I looked for an expert level one for her (Nina Ottosson by Outward Hound). In a month or two, she had figured it out and was able to do it in 1-2 minutes. I wanted to get her something more challenging that would take her longer to figure out and give her more mental stimulation. I searched for really challenging puzzles for her to give as a gift for Christmas last year and stumbled across this one. I loved how there were different ways to set it up to mix it up a bit so she wouldn't get bored. Unfortunately, the semi-sphere food boxes come out of the game easily, so she just ended up pulling them out to get the treats. My dog is really smart and figures out puzzles easily, but in this case, the product is so cheaply made she was able to find her own way to solve it... I tried leveling her up gradually and she was starting to get it, but then she figured out how to just pull them out. I attached a picture for reference. The other puzzle toy that she has is super sturdy and is still the one I continue to use because she can't pull apart the puzzle pieces. I can see this being a hazard for dogs who like to chew things and end up with a intestinal blockage. This was a pretty expensive puzzle, so I expected more. Hope maybe I can return it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My goldens like it!
I have two goldens and they have worked their way up to level two. I love the multiple levels and their complexity. I think it's a great value due to all those levels. It's five toys in one. The puzzle is sturdy, but don't let it get sandy. We live next to a beach and our dogs get very sandy. Sand got in puzzle and it doesn't work that well now. Things don't slide well. Everything worked great when we received it. I now keep it in a plastic bag.

Sliders very poorly designed, otherwise good
Only 2 stars because only 3 of the 6 “levels” are actually usable. As others have mentioned, the sliders holes are too large and they are also able to be removed from the tracks at the central crossover location. The good - great build quality, well thought out puzzle design. One star for each. Unfortunately, the team that designed this did not test it extensively enough to understand the pretty common corner case that’s mentioned above. A simple design change would solve this problem. Thankfully, as an engineer I was able to design a much more robust solution after a handful of iterations, as shown in the photo. This is the smallest size that works for my 4mo old golden, so you can see how far off the design engineers were with this slider design (needs around twice the height + an internal trap to prevent licking treats, and an extra 6mm diameter on the body to block them from being pulled out of the toy) Overall a decent attempt at a great puzzle toy, but this company needs to display more engineering rigor before I’ll be purchasing additional products. One of two things happened: - they didn’t know of this issue upon release - they discovered it after tooling was locked so it was too costly to change Neither are acceptable in my book.
