This is the best thing I have ever taken. My symptoms disappeared in a week and I am able to sleep in bed again without the usual trips to the bathroom. I RECOMMEND this product to anyone with cystitis. I also got the prebiotic for acidic foods. No twinges, no urgency, no pain is a blessing. I wish I had found this 18 months ago. I can understand why urologists can't help. No Dr. had ever mentioned biofilm before. They don't understand the pain and fear of feeling like razor blades upon urination. They also get paid for all the testing and trials a person goes thru to find a solution to no avail.

I was hesitant to review this because I am not diagnosed with an official medical name for my bladder woes but I believe symptoms close to IC or painful bladder. I wasn't getting UTIs for years but started getting one or two a year out of no where and they were serve when they happened. I also have GERD so I have issues with some foods bothering tummy and bladder. My heating pad is my best friend let's just say. So Uqora isnt for IC but since I was getting UTIs I gave a try. Was having flare up, no infection so started 1 and 2 step of products. Step 3 is probiotic but contains milk (have issues with that) so used another brand. Flush helped me feel better when used daily and with defend. Bladder calmed down after couple of weeks. Now just use defend and haven't had much pain or discomfort. Can't say this is the savor but felt results so I am going to keep at it. Not a medical professional so dont know if this is right for everyone but I feel better and can get on with life so I am going to keep at least taking the defend. If like me you know how horrible it is to have those symptoms and really nothing you can do. Sometimes anything is worth a try. Pricey item but great company and quality ingredients so I think worth it. Pills are easy to swallow.

This product is AMAZING! My urologist recommended it to me. How many doctors do you know that would want you to take this product instead of a prescription?

My last UTI was 5 weeks ago. Before that I was getting them every 2 months or so. Woke up at 4am to a UTI. I actually got a UTI faster than when I wasn’t taking it. I used flush after sex every time as well. I ordered another bottle that hasn’t even been opened and it cannot be returned. Disappointing. Grand total of $120 in the trash for these products. UPDATE: 11/4/25 Bumped up to 4 stars due to the seller contacting me and offering a refund. This is a company that clearly cares about the ones this product does not work for so kudos to them. Not something you see very often for supplement companies!!

I love this item. I have had many many UTI's this year and with other medication and Uqora Defend it has kept my UTI's away. I did order more and as long as it works I am a fan.
