Always does a good job for me. My pond is 15k litres, one tub works fine.

Ponds a new thing to me but this product doesn't solve the problem but does help to clarify the water.

Faulty packaging
The lid had come of the pond crystals they were all loose inside the cardboard box ,I’m asuming there was no liquid inside as the box was not wet ,maybe seal the lid somehow going forward ,managed to salvage all the crystals as too much hassle returning product
