How to Remove: 1.Loosen the toggle and then hold from the outer edge of each cup and peel off in a downwards movement until the bra has completely been taken off. 2.If you feel sticky, you can clean your skin with a tissue or wet wipe. Wash Instruction: 1.While holding one bra cup in the palm of your hand, wet the adhesive surface with water and add a small amount of mild soap. Gently use the palm of your other hand to create a circular motion to clean. 2.Rinse the bra cup with warm water to remove all soap residue. 3.Shake off all excess water then AIR DRY.
