work like a charm

you have to have it if you have problems with gums. 2 spoons in the cup+ hot water, let it stay for 20 min. use a little sifter or something like it. and rinse 2-5 times a day. it helps. of course if you have bad infection you need a doctor. but this is like old home remedy.
