A very smart simple but effective machine
This disc not only provides aerobic exercise but also muscular exercise it is very well made and the quality of the bearings which it must have are superb the action is very smooth I'm 15 stone and each even works for me I would recommend it highly to anyone wishing to take general and gentle exercise very highly recommended peace of equipments which takes up no space at all the handles supplied also help with the exercise program each takes a technique to balance at first but after a few minutes my wife soon had the hang of it the top also has two rubber pads not only showing where to put your feet but also provides a perfect non-solute surface very highly recommended
