Als Finish reicht die 3000er Körnung völlig. Richtig scharfe Messer
Hat die richtige Größe .Mit einem Lappen auf die anderen Schleifsteine legen dann klatt das schleifen wunderbar und die Küchenmesser und Stechbeitel usw. aus der Werkstatt tadellos.
