I just guessed on the side I need for a week long cruise for my husband and I. I went with the extra large and very happy that I did. The large compartment holds about 25 Tylenol. I was able to get 10 Tums in there, but probably should only do 7 or 8 since they are a bit too big and I have powder through the other compartments since I squished them in. If you need a lot of Tums, I'd dedicate 2 large compartments for those. Other than that, the whole box feels really sturdy. The compartment covers can come off as a whole piece so it makes filling it easier if you don't want to hold each little windows open. They seems pretty sturdy when opening and feel secure when closing. The exterior latch and hinge feels secure as well. I would definitely recommend this to carry medicines and I especially loved the stickers for the lids. Most of mine are store brand, but the important details are on these stickers. Looks very cute and design is very nice and functional.

Perfect to keep in my bag, and perfect for my partner to take to work for any as needed meds to have on hand! Small, portable, and it comes with SO MANY stickers and different medication options plus blanks so you have endless options. Really inexpensive too, sturdy so far with everything else in my bag smacking into it daily. Will say, have had a few pills break, but I don’t think that’s any fault of the case itself. Holds a decent amount too, but personally would have ordered the bigger one in the future.

This is perfect for organizing all my medicine! It has a ton of labels and plenty of space. I’m able to secure it and keep it in my purse for easy access! Highly recommend!

This pill organizer is well-made and very convenient since it has the labels. It has good lids and simple. It’s easy to load and keeps everything neatly separated for the week. The only thing is that the container is a bit smaller than I expected. Still, it’s a reliable organizer that is good for traveling and good for the price.

These are great. I bought the standard size and I wouldn’t want it any bigger. It's the perfect size for purses, daypacks, etc. I leave mine in my desk at work and it takes up virtually no space at all. The main body of the case as well as the individual pill slots open easily, but close securely. There are plenty of stickers included, so the chances of there not being one for an OTC medicine you take are pretty slim. My one small quibble is that they didn't really correspond the size of the stickers to the size/dosage of the pills. For example: Zyrtec are extremely small and single dose, but only large stickers are included for it. Just the same, there are only small stickers included for certain pills that tend to be rather large. Yes, I realize you could just use the smaller stickers on the bigger slots and or cut the larger ones down to size, but neither would have as neat an appearance. Not a huge deal, but I still thought it was worth mentioning. Also, if you think you’ll forget dosages of medicines you take less often, you may want to use a Sharpie to notate it somewhere on the sticker. Either that, or use the tiny pill shaped stickers that come with it and stick them on the opposite side of the slot's lid. Overall, I still think these are the neatest thing ever and I bought two more for my niece and my mother. I actually think they'd make a great stocking stuffer. Everyone I've shown it to thought it was the cutest (and more importantly, useful) thing they'd ever seen. The stickers definitely make it quicker to find the medicine you’re looking for when you reach for it. I highly recommend these and plan to buy more for travel and such. At time of review, the standard size is 5 bucks and that’s an excellent price for what you’re getting.

I received mine as a gift and I love it! I carry different meds, mints, etc. I can fit most everything into this little pack and throw it in my purse anytime I go out of the house. It doesn't take up a lot of space and I can easily feel for the shape of it in the bottom of my bag to pull out. The container is easier to open than the bottles they come in and the little compartments are easy to open also. The various labels are helpful, they have popular brands to make it easy. I wish there were more for blank labels in my pack. I love mine came in pink for my favorite color. I ordered this one for my daughter after I loved mine so much. I would highly recommend this for those who like to have pills handy.

I bought this to take on a camping trip to ensure that I had everything I needed for a few days worth. I love that it comes with little stickers - although not all brands are included but that's okay it gives you the most popular brands. I love the locking mechanism as it holds the pills in place safely. I also used this on my trip to another state. Super happy with this purchase as it's super useful! It fit in my smaller bag and fanny pack easily. Light weight, but should be sturdy enough to last a while.

Love it! The labels come with it are very extensive and inclusive. Most of the drug/supplements on the markets are included here (including diff variations). They have blank labels to write your ow and define frequency of dose/instructions. The item is sturdy, I will wait to see if it will last long. It’s very spacious and contains a lot of pills in a small spot. Which is very convenient.

Best little pill box ordered a few online this was by far the best to have various meds when going on a trip. Highly recommend all the labels as well included is a plus plus
