For reference I am 5’4”, 150lb, 36C. I bought the size Large. Looked at it once it came in and said there’s no way this will fit me, but once you lace it up, it fits perfectly, is comfortable, and is very flattering. It’s easy to lace if you start at the bottom and alternate threading each side, making sure to pull as tight as you want it with each. I saw reviews that said it should have come with instructions… to those people I say huh??? The shorter strings are obviously for the shoulder straps and the longer strings are for the front. It even comes with extras in case! This thing is very well made for the low price and will work perfectly for the renaissance faire. The only downside is the shoulder straps fall off the shoulder easily or can stand up stiff, but some tightening of the strings or even some simple body tape would fix that. I still recommend regardless! I think I’ll get lots of compliments.

I really love this corset and it matches great with the outfit I've been putting together but the smell was so strong and bad like a chemically contaminated garage that it gave me a headache, thus the reason for the 4 stars; otherwise it would have been 5. Value for money is good, loved the fabric and no tears, rips, or loose threads (is just like your grandma's couch which is what I hoped for), fit is so perfect (full figured, 180lbs, 5'4") ordered an XXL (I sized up one size due to other reviews and glad I did). All in all, I suggest this product if you want something that looks nice and fits a small budget. I'm excited to wear this soon and other than the smell being horrendous, I don't wanna take it off.

I couldn't believe how great the quality of this bodice was for the price. Wore it to a Renaissance faire for hours and it held up beautifully -- I got lots of compliments. Highly recommended.

It’s a really cute design and feels pretty well made, but the sizing is off, especially if you have bigger boobs. For reference, I’m 5’6, 230lbs 42DD and the 2X (I wear 1X or 2X normally) didn’t even come close to being able to tie up in the front properly. I’d say it felt more like a size Large. Also, it comes with very flimsy ribbons that would probably snap if you pulled too hard, just fyi.

This was such a cute corset, but I had to return it because I unfortunately bought a size too small. It's always hard to tell when buying clothes online, but I encourage you to look at Amazon reviews with pictures to help judge what size is best for you! Definitely wouldn't hurt to size up!That being said, I definitely recommend buying if you are considering it! I already ordered a bigger size, so I will update when that comes in. I'm not sure if this was an issue with smaller sizes, but I will have to buy a more sturdy ribbon to tie the corset with. The ribbon is pretty and definitely long enough, but I'm larger in the chest and since I plan to wear this to the Renaissance faire, I want to make absolutely sure the ribbon wont untie.Overall, I've never bought a corset before so I'm extremely happy with the quality for an affordable price! I've definitely seen some expensive corsets and this one is easy to put together yourself!

I was really happy with the look and feel when I got it and the fit was great when I put it on. However after about an hour of wear, the material pulled apart at a seam on the right side and on of the pieces of plastic bone started to come through the material. It was sad because otherwise it was great, but it’s a waste of money to not get even one full wear because of poor construction.

The media could not be loaded. Ugh! I wanted to love this top. I initially didn’t think it would fit it looked so small directly out of the package, I immediately started a return but after lacing it up it looked quite cute fit well mostly a little looser in the shoulders than I’d prefer… but I didn’t think the xl would fit much less a large so I decided to keep it. So it’s just been sitting on a hanger the last couple weeks and I was getting ready to wear this to a music festival glad it tore while I was doing my hair and makeup. Within a 2hr time frame there’s already 3 holes on the seams of the boning. I have by the 6th to get a refund which I’m probably too late, super upset I didn’t get to wear it out, also glad I was saved the embarrassment of it busting in public. If you’re going to take the plunge anyway I’m 5’6 169 40c xl fit good but still split if I was 10 pounds lighter a large would have done better as the sleeves on this wanted to come down. I obviously don’t suggest you buy something you’ll most likely only get one wear out of.

This was bought for my wife as she like corsets style tops and this one is soft. It fits as promised , the fabric is soft, it is a great value and I like the strings as it is fun to take off.

Its pretty, and wellmade, but the ribbon ties for the shoulders are not included!!! So there is only 1 long ribbon tie for the front corset, but none for the shoulder straps to tie on, So stupid.
