I put these in my car, which doesn't seem to be the intended purpose but works well. Music has a lot more punch now. These speakers are obviously well built, with big magnets and plenty of material around the driver for when you are pushing a lot of power through the speaker. My only gripe is that lows can sound a little muddy, but given the price I can let that go.

Impressive in one word

Great quality speaker, used to replace the woofer of an existing Infinity component system I had in my car. Since the old woofer was very old, this sounds much better without the warping of the cone, and seems at least as good as I remember the originals. I have two of these along with matching tweeters as the only speakers in my car, and it sounds great with nothing else. Loving this upgrade so far.
