I love the even cooking and ease of cleanup this cookie sheet provides. I bought it after buying the sheet pan with 3 sections (for sheet pan dinners). Both are used all the time in my kitchen. Highly recommended!

I am absolutely impressed by the GoodCook BestBake Nonstick Textured Carbon Steel Large Cookie Sheet. This cookie sheet is quite large, and now the largest cookie sheet I own. The quality and durability of this product is definitely a great bang for the buck! The textured feature allows for a variety of uses in the oven making it more versatile than my flat cookie sheets. I have used this cookie sheet for baking more dry products, like nuggets and taco bowls. The crumbs are easy to clean without much soap or water, I basically wipe the crumbs off with a dry dishtowel. I have not had any issues with the coating deteriorating. I am pleased with the GoodCook BestBake Nonstick Textured Carbon Steel Large Cookie Sheet. I intend to order more cooking and baking products from this company.

I'll admit, I wasn't expecting much but this baking sheet is really nice. It's a lot sturdier than I was expecting and a lot sturdier than most of the baking sheets I have. The textured bottom is great for non-stick and it's still easy to clean. I thought maybe all of the little nooks and crannies would make that tough, but nope!. I like the higher side walls and it doesn't warp or pop in the oven or when I take it out.

Some GoodCook brand products are available at a local store I frequent so I am familiar with their budget friendly prices for decent quality. That being said, this baking sheet is the best quality I’ve seen for an inexpensive baking sheet. I had not seen a textured baking sheet prior to using this one. I only ever had smooth gray baking sheets. I’ve used this baking sheet at least 5 times since I got it, and I’m impressed. Anything I bake turns out evenly cooked/browned, nothing sticks to the textured surface, and cleanup is even easier than a normal smooth baking sheet. This is my favorite baking sheet, and I can happily recommend it to anyone!

I love this baking sheet! All of mine are old and flimsy. This one is a nice weight and not flimsy at all! It looks and feels great! It's textured but it's still very easy to clean. It's made delicious cookies and I'm loving it! It's sturdy and very well made! I highly recommend!

I wasn't full sure what to expect of the GoodCook BestBake Nonstick Textured Carbon Steel Large Cookie Sheet, 11" x 17", Bronze but as soon as I pulled it out of the box I was pretty impressed at the weight of it. It's not a cheap flimsy baking sheet and has a very nice weight to it. This is certainly a quality baking sheet.This has diamond patterned surface that is supposed to allow for better airflow for baking and I believe this does help and with it being non-stick it has been great for roasting/baking vegetables on and cookies have been pretty nice so far and seem to take a little bit less time.I am very happy with this and its has decently high edges compared to almost all of my pans and even what I thought were fancy pans are nothing compared to this one.

Large size coated baking pan. I routinely use parchment paper or aluminum foil to protect these pans. This pan has non-stick coating - I like to give it all the chance I can. Ovens are a harsh environment where baked on skills tend to stay baked on.Pan is sturdy and doesn't flex. I believe it would not bend under any typical food loading.
