Hard to get in the states
I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He was stationed in Hawaii for a few years and just fell in love with everything about it. When he finally ran out of his favorite BBQ sauce I knew it was my mission to find it for him. He was estatic.

Excellent marinade for chicken kbobs and beef ribs. This is really more of a marinade than a sauce though. Consistency is very thin like water.

Cooking Shortcut
The sauce contains soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sugar. It therefore makes an excellent shortcut for Hawaiian style chop suey, stir fries, including a stir fry with a delicate tofu, and similar foods. It is not to be confused with a Teriyaki Sauce. This sauce can be mixed in the hamburger meat with ease and will not overwhelm, for example.We always have it on hand. Will last a very long time in the larder, even after opened.
