I'll admit, I only just received this product earlier this morning and have taken just one 200mg serving...but I'm already sold!I was on the hunt for anything that could help me with my anxiety. It's something I experience just about everyday. I figured there had to be something out there that could help me.That's when I discovered L-Theanine. Read about it's calming properties without making you tired. How it can help with anxiety. The majority if not all the reviews I read for L-Theanine itself, regardless of where you get it from, were positive.I chose this brand because I felt it was a good price for the amount you get and it doesn't contain fillers and all that junk I don't want in my supplements.I took just one dose...and within 10 minutes I felt a sense of calmness just wash over me. Idk how to explain it other than...I just felt relaxed! My body felt at ease. I am very in tune with my body so I know when something actually has an effect on me. This was no 'placebo effect'.Everyone is different as to how much you'll need to take or how quickly you'll feel it's effects.The size of the pill is pretty small, in my opinion. Easy to swallow. No taste! Bottle came sealed and is authentic. My delivery arrived super quickly.The only thing I don't like is how they put the barcode sticker over the info on the bottle. Please don't do that next time?But yes. I am so glad I discovered this product. I wish I had found it sooner! For anyone dealing with anxiety, stress and just needs something to help with that...this is it! This also helps with sleep.Get this!
