Maybe the people with negative reviews have other "problems" that can't be fixed with just a supplement, but this product absolutely works. It tastes great like a cinnamon honey. Works fast, within 15-20 mins of taking it and the effects last for about 3 days in my experience. I also experienced no headaches or body aches at all. I don't know why the other reviews claim it, there has been none at all in my experience and I've used the entire pack. Just reordered a new one today, maybe they don't realize you don't need to take any entire pack honestly I take about a half a pack and I'm going "strong" for hours if you catch my drift 😏. All in all I've tried many others and this one is by far my favorite and I will continue to stay with it.

certainly helps with circulation if you know what I mean, I did get a low-key headache, but the pros far outweigh the cons one serving seems to last for a number of days. I would highly recommend this and will be buying it again.

Works well. But headache I had for almost 2 days isn’t worth it. I didn’t finish the box and bought another product. If they can make this without getting a headache would be a 5 stars product.

The first time I took it I did not read the instructions. I just opened the pack and ate it like a savage. It worked but however the base of my neck right above the rear of my shoulder blades hurt like hell for about 5 days.Didn’t touch it for a month. Then after I read the instructions I put it in about 2oz of tea. Been doing it every couple weeks with no problems. Rock hard and it gives me much more stamina. Down side is for the next 3 days if the wind blows the wrong way your soldier will stand at attention.

I bought this a couple of times and it was great. It was replaced with a similar product but new product taste terrible. But if you put it in yogurt it’s fine.
