First of all, I finally got the nutribullet because the first order I placed the box was EMPTY!! Yes, you're reading right my first order came with an empty box and only instructions inside, but Amazon was really on top of things and I got my second order and its been really good so far.I take it to work in the mornings and I just blend it after my shift starts.Its been very helpful and practical, but as many people commented here it is a bit heavy, I have the 20 oz. nutribullet and is not as heavy as this one but also this one is stronger than the regular one, The thingabout this item I'm not sure about is that the charging port stays exposed when you rinse the motor and to be honest water goes in easily and I don't think is waterproof so I'm worry It may get damaged with the water, besides this 2 cons the pros are better, easy to crush ice and stays colder longer than the regular also battery life is a lot better I do recommend it if you want a stronger, colder and longer battery life,Good Luck!!!

Heavy product but worth it. Makes life a lot easier and the blades are strong. Battery life is good and easy to clean. Very powerful and the size its perfect, just a bit too heavy but its understandable.

One star is too much for this useless piece of trash. I had the original Nutribullet and it always worked great. This garbage is the complete opposite. Never worked. Not one time. Never started. Followed the absurd troubleshooting telling me to keep tightening the lid beyond what is humanly possible. Good thing this expensive dead weight never worked because the design is flawed too. You are supposed to hand wash the motor unit but the USB C charging slot does not have a cover so it remains exposed to water.

Love the Flip but mu only issue is finding additional cups, in the same size or larger. The only options I have found have been to but a whole new set up.Unfortunate.

Pros: Blends well for a portable blender but can leave small pieces of frozen or hard to blend ingredients (eg ginger) if not blended for long enough. Charge holds well (too many blends to count). Relatively quiet for a blender.Cons: cannot be taken on plane because blade and battery are one yet TSA requires blade to be checked in and airlines require lithium batteries in hand luggage. Also, despite having a USB-C charging port it doesn’t work with a USB-C charger, need to use a USB one, which defeats the purpose of having USB-C (I’m tired of carrying various cables/chargers everywhere ).

The non-blender cover allows you to choose between drinking from the lid or the straw portion.CON: ONLY 1-A HUGE design flaw is not having a proper COVER/SEAL for the charging port. PLEASE upgrade this feature! It is not a deal breaker for me, but this can seriously render the life span of your blender short if you are not careful. Customers should not worry about protecting the charging port when cleaning the blender; this should be included in the product.Look no further, so go ahead and make this purchase. you will not regret it at all.
