Actually I love it
I bought this on a lark because I mean.... it seems ridiculous. However, I've been cooped up in the house just like everyone else and none of my winter clothes fit, so I figured I should probably get it together. I put this by the television set, and I love how small and easy it is to hide.I can see that this requires some balance to use, but I really find it to be easy to hop on and hop off. Not a big deal, and even less so the more I use it. The only (somewhat amusing) challenge I have to overcome is that I clearly favor one side, and so I can find myself turning in place, away from the TV screen. So then I try to twist back in place and honestly, I probably look comical. :) But oh well!Using this, my fitness tracker thinks I am take a run, so it gets the heart rate where I want it.Maybe it's just that I didn't have high expectations to start with, but I have to tell you, I really like this thing and would recommend.

Helps Me Get Moving at Work
I bought this because one of my staff members uses hers every time her Fitbit says “move.” I thought it was just a way to cheat the steps but this thing is WORK on the abs. Getting the hang of “twisting without turning“ took a few tries. (Buy one and you’ll see what I mean. Haha!) If you use it in your socks, you get a bit of a foot massage with the texture. I brought it home with my Covid-19 evacuation essentials so that I could use it when I work from home. Great little pick me up during a long workday. Helps you get moving if when you’re confined to a desk most of the day.

Great customer service! Product is so-so...
I could feel the burn after using the twist board, unfortunately, the ball bearings inside must have popped/cracked after a couple weeks of use. I kept using it anyway, but if it tilted any way but horizontally, it dropped black chunks & dust from between the plates. It was also rather noisy once the bearings were cracked, compared to its rather quiet original state. I'm about 130 lbs, but my husband (~160) also used it some, so maybe that's when it started falling apart. I emailed the seller a few days ago, and they promptly sent a replacement (5 ⭐️ for customer service at least! It was nearly a month past the return period too). We'll see how long this one lasts!

Cheap but it gets the workout done
We purchased this because it was recommended by a friend. I like that it’s simple to use and can complete my workout while watching tv and without going outside. However, you get what you pay for. It is not sturdy, you can easily lose balance and fall off. Second, black tiny granuals are falling out of it, making a mess and I’m sure that’s it’s affecting the smooth turning.

Awesome as ballet turnout discs!
For $11 each, these are by far the cheapest rotator discs on Amazon currently. I bought two as turnout discs for ballet, and they do the job perfectly. They turn smoothly. There is decent resistance in the sense that they won’t just spin if no weight is pressing down on them (i.e. my cat can’t spin them herself), but I can turn out and in with minimal effort. They are stable and do not tip, even when I use them with each foot somewhat off-center. They stay put on the floor and do not slide. They seem durable enough to hold up to regular, non-abusive wear, although for my purposes I’m only putting about 50-55 lbs on each one. Highly recommend for turnout exercises.

Fun at a very reasonable price
I got this for my kids after they played with a similar one at my sister's house. The one my sister got was over $50. This was much less and the quality is exactly the same. Although it was meant for exercising your core, which it does a decent job with, the kids use it and find most fun out of it. They fight over it and take turn on it. It's a good product to add to your home gym or just something to keep the kids active and add a little fun.

Space-saving way to exercise
I tried this at a friend's house. I thought it was a great idea to get in some home exercise on days that I don't make it to the gym. I like it because it is lightweight and easy to store. It's great to use while watching TV. It's not going to take the place of a treadmill or anything, but it's a convenient and fun way to work on your waistline.

Toxic
Where should I start well I ordered this for my grandma at her request and I have to say quite the disappointment when it turns out this thing has a risk of causing cancer and reproductive harm which is labeled on the box but not the store page. So thinking this was a 100% safe product it was ordered and upon discovering the label on the box was swiftly disposed of. Similar products had been rejected on other stores for the same reason but atleast they had the curtsy to have the health warning on the store page under the product info which was neglected here. If you have children pets or the elderly I do not recommend this product from poisonous exposure from something that was put into the material itself which may cause cancer from prolonged exposure to the substance in the material. I feel like I was deceived and will be black listing the brand from henceforth.Ps. I gave it one star because I cant give zero.
