Great value and great product!
I have a home based business that deals with HIPAA-secure documents. This shreds CD's, staples and paper easily. It can sometimes jam if papers aren't pretty straight, but I have about a paper box full of paper every month to shred and it's been over a year and still going strong. Does get overheated after about 30 straight minutes of shredding. I tend to do mine all at once, so if you do some daily it wouldn't overheat. Works great, shreds a decent amount before needing to be emptied, shreds completely every time. Total worth the price compared to hiring a company to do it for us. Will absolutely buy another if this one ever goes out.

Very Quiet and Efficient
We've had a good name brand shredder for at least 6 years. It has served it purpose and lately started making noises and not shredding well. Even when lubed with the shredder lubrication sheets it begins making noise (knocking or soft banging type noise), so I knew it was near it's end. So the hunt was on for a new replacement. After several hours of searches and review reading I decided the Bonsaii 110 was the way to go. It arrived a day sooner than expected, so this was a pleasant start. After a brief read of the instruction leaflet I put it to work. The first item of note was the lack of noise, this machine is pretty darn quiet for a shredder. It chomps away making little bits out of paper and envelopes with little effort. Manually fed it take stacks of 10 sheets with no issue, it states up to 12 sheets but I didn't gage the paper thickness so I didn't want to push it. staples pages and credit cards go right through with no fuss. The only flaw was the auto feed system, it works but the pages have to be totally flat to feed through individually as it is intended for. If there are folds in the stacked pages multiple pages feed at the same time. While that didn't cause an issue for me, I saw some reviews complaining of a paper jamb with the auto feed. I can only imagine that this was their problem as no matter what I ran through it it ate it up. I ran the machine for about 3 hours with only brief breaks in between for paper sorting and stacking for the next batch of shredding. During this time I filled the bin about 3 times. So in conclusion I can honestly say that my decision to choose this shredder was a good one. Quiet, and thorough in doing it's job is all you can ask for in a shredder at this price point. Great machine for the money!

nice shredder, a bit expensive
I like this shredder, but don't think it lives up to the price fully. It works well and I love the size of the paper collector. It cuts the paper into TINY pieces. It is easy to put together. It is a bit heavy. I really do like it overall, but think the price is high. It has gotten jammed many times as well and it isn't that easy to undo the jam. My other paper shredders have been easier to get unjammed and were a lot less expensive.

Worth the money
Nice and quiet. I like how it separates the paper to shredd it

Bonsaii Shredder Works as described
Shreds 6 to 8 pages quickly, add more sheets it will do it slightly slower but does the job completely.

Look elsewhere, auto-feed may as well not exist
The auto-feed mechanism sucks! It jams from anything over 10-20 sheets of perfectly straight, standard-size paper. Yet it claims you can do up to 110 sheets. Absolute BS. Sure, I could complain about al the other problems... It's difficult to load due to the slot being too deep, it likes to overheat after just half-an-hour of on-and-off use and smells like burning (they could've just put a proper heatsink in there for the damn motor), etc. But the reason I bought it is for the auto-feeder to shred lots of documents without having to stand there all day. And it simply doesn't work. The main problem is that it sucks in pages at a FAR faster rate than it's pathetic pissant motor can handle. It just sucks and sucks and sucks until it gets jammed within 30s to 1m, every time, no matter how flawlessly you load the pages in and make sure they're aligned.

Must Have if you Shred Stuff
I’ve had a Bonsaii Shredder now for about six or seven years. The previous one I bought in 2018, my son used it and accidentally it jumped to the point of no correction. I decided to replace it with this new version with 115 pages because I do shred a lot of papers since I work remotely and handle sensitive information being a healthcare provider. I’m looking forward to putting this to test. The other one lasted me quite a long time so I’m hoping this one does the same. I’ve had experience with this brand that is why I decided to stick with it because it never failed me for the last seven years that I’ve used it. And the package arrived intact. It arrived already assembled. I just took it out of the box and it was ready to go. This one shreds upwards of 115 pages at a time and it has auto setting so I’m looking forward to exploring that. The machines noise level is very minimal . This is a very durable piece of equipment. I’m looking forward to using this one for the 10 years or more. My children are older now so they should know how to operate it without jamming. Overall well made product and good value for my money. I will update this review as I use this machine. I am confident it is a great buy simply based off of my experience with using this brand over the last few years.

Bought this shredder after reading up a lot of the others and also reviews. My own shredder gave problems almost from day one and i was determined not to make the same mistakes. I also took the recommended advice to buy the oil. I oiled the blades before I started. It say it takes 12 sheets but decided not to test it and do about 4 to 5. So far it has been a joy to use. No issues, so quiet (compared to old one) no stop/start, it says continuous use for an hour but i have not tested this. I use reverse when i finish to try and keep the blades clear. So far so good very happy with the shredder. Delivery service was very good too.

I recently bought a Bonsaii paper shredder so it made sense to get this lubricant to help maintain the shredder. Regularly oiling the cutting edges does seem to help prevent jams so I'm very happy with the product. It only takes a small amount of lubricant (after 30 mins of shredding or a couple of times a month) so I think the bottle will last a long time.

Hard to know whether this branded product is absolutely necessary, but a bottle this size will probably see me out, so I'm not too bothered. Handy to use; and such a good quality machine is worth keeping in good nick. I think it's important to use it as recommended to me by Bonsaii customer service: 1. First, turn off the shredder firstly and apply the oil across paper entry. 2. Run shredder in "REV" mode for 3-5 seconds. 3. Continue as normal.

I am loving this paper shredder. it is much quieter than all the previous residential paper shredders I've used. The shredded paper is very fine. Having up to 60 continuous minutes of shredding is why I made the purchase. I see it's role in a home office or small business. There are 2 things I don't like about this: - The touch buttons for power, forward and reverse are in an awkward position. I've been repeatedly triggering these. - My other grip is that the wheels do not swivel; It only goes left - right. This is something I will need to address. I had wrongly assumed the wheels would swivel. I will need to change the front 2 to a swivel style.
