Finally a counter top appliance with sturdy LONG cord (3 ft)
The cord is supple and not thin and plastic like, for a heating appliance. The slanted cover points popped corn into the bowl. A minimal amount of kernls don't pop but that seems to be standard for cheaper brands of corn.

Popcorn flies through the air!
I would not give any stars, but had to give one to print this review . I Would not recommend this air popper. Popcorn flies out through the air from the popper and more than half of the seeds did not pop. I tried popping four different times and got the same results. Very poor product.

Works ok, not a large batch, and tends to blow a lot of kernels out of the unit during heat up. I bought a small strainer to cover the cooking bay to hold them in for popping time, but I haven't experimented with it yet. I bought an oil based popper instead.

Good popper
Works as it should,really good! It would be better if popcorn shoot was longer,to fit in bowl while popping. Popcorn goes everywhere when popping! I use a towel to help funnel popped corn in bowl,keeping it from going everywhere

Not like my Mama's popper!
First, the unpopped kernels. At least 1/3 if not more are not popped, and they fly everywhere. I recycled and popped them again. I agree that the popping well may not be deep enough. Second, I get only 4 cups of popped corn in one batch. My recipe for caramel corn calls for 28 cups, so you can imagine I stood there a while. It's really noisy so don't plan to use the machine without waking up the kids!. Now, the corn that does pop is very good. But, the popper my mother owned for at least 30 years was perfect. Not sure if I'll keep it. May return and get a Presto!

stopped working after a couple months - hot but no air
Worked fine for a couple months, then the fan stopped working and the kernels just sat in the popper until they started to burn.

What I dislike is that after popping, the popcorn is dry, I bought the bundle with season salt, the popcorn is so dry after popping the the salt won't stay on the popcorn and just falls to the bottom of my container, also most of kernels are not popped, just using the popcorn scoop, I have to run the machine 3 times to to pop 1 scoop because as the machine pops the kernels they are knocked out of the machine by the popping corn... quality control of your is surely lacking.
