I always had social anxiety and officially was diagnosed when I was 12. I'm now 32. I have moments of being social but still had fears but along with other oils I bought THIS one I wanted to try to help ease my nerves. It's been helpful, I do go to places by myself when before I would dread going to a store alone. I even would go for long walks by myself. It eases my energy, I don't think of anything of worries, I am peacefully intuned with my higher self and confident to go places even for a bit. Before, I wouldn't bother trying to. I always thank God for goodness - especially for guiding me to try this oil to assist in easing my energy. Even now... I feel confident to write a review. It works. Even family notices [I didn't tell them I'm using oils. They're not spiritually open as I am. ] but they do see me more at gatherings than then ever did before. I prefer oils, prayers and God for healing than trying medications. This helps me.
