(Edited)So after putting my feedback, the customer service agent Doria contacted me and worked actively to solve my problem by providing a replacemnt for all the broken parts without any extra cost.Thank you Doria for such a wonderful after sale customer service, it is much appreciated.This is exactly what every business should be looking for, the after sale customer service.-----------------------------------------------------------------Very low quality, it worth the money paid since the alternative is 10x moreHowever, if you are looking for something not disposable, don`t go for this item.-Plastic fittings got broken quickly after the 1st use ( while in use )-Cover is very delicate-Pipes are hollow, very thin light iron, bent, broken-Clipping pens aren`t stardy, loose from the fitting.Lesson learned: If you need something stardy, if you gonna use it more than once, don`t go for this price category.

This product was junk. Says it's heavy duty and it's cheap plastic, a tarp with poles would have been better. Don't waste your money. Any type of fluctuation in weather and this will not stay up. We had to add anchors to the poles and it still didn't stay up. Not to mention the rips in the plastic canopy part the minute we set it up. And the velcro sides that tore the second we hooked them up. Cheap cheap cheap. Not worth it all. The manufacturer offered replacement parts and an unpaid return shipping label. For the money I paid for this, that is not good enough. Very dissatisfied and will not buy again nor will I purchase from this manufacturer.Also, make sure u have a few people to help set up. My husband and I had to have 6 of us. It is not easy and falls apart as u set it up. So have duct tape to.

It did the job for the day we needed it. The plastic connectors kept pulling apart for the roof we had to use duct tape to hold them in.

We purchased this tent for a large family gathering. Tent was easy to set up decent quality. Had it set up rain came thru on Saturday but we just emptied the water off. No problem. Unfortunately it rain overnight before we could get it down and it collapsed. No fault of the manufacturer or anyone. I kindly reached out to the seller and just wanted to buy replacement parts before I trashed the tent. Had a quick response and it wasn’t covered under warranty. No problems. More than willing to pay. They came back with as a thank you will replace the parts at NO CHARGE And cover shipping. I was totally blown away. I received all the parts with no bill. This type of customer service is hard to find these days.

all in all, for $99 its worth it. yes you can tell its a $100 tent. the top and walls are a pretty thin mil tarp. The pipe structure its the toughest either. pretty easy set up thought . i set it up alone in about an hour with the walls. again, for $99 what do you expect. im happy with it for the price!! if your going to use it every weekend id recommend buying a better one but if youre like me and only going to use it a few times a year this will do the trick. i figure for $99 if the tent lasts me 2 summers i'd be more than happy with it

What I liked about it it came on time it was easy to put together but some of the pieces didn’t have connectors what I dislike is I can’t leave it up tried to leave it up for two days and it was down on the second day. The material of the canopy is cheap. The frame is cheap will never order again.

I ordered this because it was a lot cheaper than renting a tent for my son‘s graduation party. It arrived quickly and well packaged. It was pretty easy to put together with four people! It is a very nice tent especially at that price! It is not super thick or anything like that but it really did a great job and kept the rain off of us in last it out there a few days until we took it down!

Cheap material no introduction on how to assemble I open it to see if it will fit in the driveway and I get to the point where I have to just left it on my sister garage and rent one for the day I wish I could get my money back but because I open it I’m not sure if it can be possible but please don’t waste your money and time.I would never buy it again I wish I could share some pictures of it but I left it at my sister house but believe me is cheap cheap cheap.

This tent is very fragile and poorly designed. Considering the span of the canopy, the supporting structure is very weak. With very gentle wind, the canopy starts to lift and the structure crumbled.
