Spots are getting less visible
The best part about this item is that it works. After using it for 5 days on 6 spots, 4 of these folliculitis' spots are less visible. This is a nice change after hearing previously that having these is normal and seemingly being able to do nothing about them. This product has a nice mild, fresh scent. It is a cream, so unlike an ointment and other creams, this one is not greasy, and it did not stain my clothing. A small amount rubbed daily into each area after showering is all it took. Knowing it is also good for Psoriasis is another plus.

Very fast acting!
It relieves the itching & irritation very fast. It has a soothing feeling on your skin, which is very nice. Highly recommended!

Didn’t work but excellent customer service
It didn’t help like it says. We used it several times but we didn’t get any good results from it. I have changed my rating due to their excellent customer service. They went out of their way to take the time to contact me and figure out a resolution whether it’s trying the same product again or another product of theirs or a refund. To some people it might not mean much but customer service says a lot about a company which is hard to find nowadays.

Great product!
I have used this for 3 days following directions and my issue has improved greatly! So far, this has been the only product to bring relief! I have been fighting an issue that was created from shaving; intense itching and burning has subsided!

Feels amazing
Diagnosed with hot tub folliculitis (and it’s BAD) and while it doesn’t really itch, it’s very painful. Got this and I’m not sure if it works well on curing the issue, but it feels SO FRICKEN GOOD. The menthol soothes and it’s like a lotion vs an ointment, making it easier to apply. I didn’t give 5 stars because I’m not sure if it actually helps with the HTF… but it definitely feels amazing.

The media could not be loaded. I have been having problems with itching and irritation on my legs for months now. I have been using this cream for a week now and it has helped me feel soothing relief and has reduced the itchiness and redness of my skin.
