First the pros: This is certainly a sturdy battery pack, it looks like its wearing armour! I don't feel the need to do the drop test, but I can believe it would withstand some beatings. So it looks pretty cool. I also really like the flip out stand, with works really well and is very solid feeling. It means you can keep your phone upright and functional whilst its recharging. I also like the rubber cover for the cable socket – the amount of devices I've had to dig out debris from sockets which prevent them from charging or working properly! It's a good idea. It charged my iphone pretty quickly and getting it from 12 to 99% seemed to use about half of the power bank's energy. So this will be good for portable top ups. The cons: The advert does state: 'Conveniently charge your device without the need to remove your protective case.' This is quickly followed by a disclaimer that for 'MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE' use cases designed for MagSafe charging. This suggests again there is performance for non MagSafe cases. In my experience it the power bank offers almost zero performance for phones stored in not specialist cases, so the first of those statements is simply not true, and that's a pain. I keep my iphone in a silicone case, and with that on, there was virtually no magnetic connect, and it would charge only after a lot of moving it around whilst the power bank was lying flat. The other phones in this house are in plastic cases, and they did not charge at ALL with their cases on. It means the major selling point of this power bank – conveniently charging without removing the case – is lost. Also, the only clue as to the power left in the battery is 5 LED dots, which is quite vague and could be 20% one way or the other! Surely for this price, there could be a more accurate actual % displayed?

Pro: L'aspetto è indubbiamente molto curato, con un design solido e piacevole. La costruzione è robusta, come ci si aspetta da un prodotto UAG. Il cavo USB-C in dotazione è di alta qualità. Il kickstand integrato si è rivelato estremamente comodo per appoggiare lo smartphone durante l'uso. Contro: La confezione è arrivata già aperta, e il powerbank era completamente scarico. Questo mi fa sospettare che il prodotto fosse un reso e non nuovo, un dettaglio inaccettabile per un articolo acquistato come tale. Durante un utilizzo in hotel, ho ricaricato il powerbank e l’ho usato per il mio Galaxy Fold 6 con protezione batteria attiva (che ferma la carica all'80%). Al mattino, il powerbank era completamente esaurito: un comportamento deludente per una batteria di questa capacità. Il prezzo è eccessivo rispetto alle prestazioni offerte. Sebbene sia pensato per durare, con l'evoluzione rapida dei dispositivi elettronici, un costo così elevato non mi sembra giustificabile. Ho abbinato il powerbank alla custodia Plyo Pro di UAG per il Fold 6, ma il magnete non è abbastanza forte da garantire una presa salda. Di conseguenza, lo smartphone mi è persino caduto a terra, un problema che non mi aspettavo da un prodotto di questo livello. Cette batterie est impressionnante comme son prix d’ailleurs mais elle vaut le coup. Par le nombre de possibilités de charges de multiples de téléphones. Sa partie magnétique, je la mettrais sous réserve en fonction de votre coque de téléphone car j’ai une coque de la même marque et l’ensemble se colle bien mais il ne faut pas risquer de tenir que la batterie avec le téléphone dessous, je n’aurai pas confiance. Elle est un peu épaisse et lourde mais si on veut allier qualité, robustesse et endurance de charge, je n’ai pas encore trouvé son équivalent. Pour conclure, sa patte pour tenir votre téléphone en vertical ou en horizontal est très pratique pour regarder des films ou séries dans le train ou l’avion.

Received a pretty well-concealed pre-opened device with missing "rugged" USB-C cable. Device itself is lighter than expected but well sealed against moisture. It came partially charged so was able to briefly test with my Samsung S23 Ultra and even with a silicon case this unit charged well. No complaints on build or looks, not happy to receive an open box with missing parts.
