Shocking customer service from Mspa
The hot tub is ok. It works well and was a joy for the first week. After buying every accessory possible and all the chemicals needed the hot tub was good. Clearwater and functioning as expected. after a week I took it down as the weather changed. Upon putting it up again I noticed that a seam had failed. So being only 3 weeks old I informed customer service and then waited 10 days for a reply. ( understandably during these times) They requested a photo that I was happy to supply and I pointed out that It was the main joining seal. I waited another week and they replied with " That's user error and not covered" The hot tub has a device called a manometer, It's designed so that you don't over inflate, I'm also an engineer and been one for 20 years. They are claiming that their hot tubs are 100% reliable and will not fail, thus meaning it was my fault. It is not up for discussion and no one has viewed the hot tub. I will not be buying another product from them every due to their extreamly poor customer service.

Best thing I’ve bought for myself this year.
I like everything about this tub. Especially the integrated pump, easy to access filter and the digital control. It’s so easy to use compared to my lazy spa -which was an old one to be fair. The zip on cover lid is easy to use. I did find if it rains then the rain collects on the lid . So best under some sort of cover to prevent this. I’m currently using a large parasol but it blows about in the wind and doesn’t solve the problem 100%I suppose most blow up hot tubs have this problem with lids.Overall I’m really pleased with my purchase and the price is very reasonable. I’m using it regular and my arthiritis isn’t as bad after use.

Great little tub!
Loving this tub!It arrived much faster than the estimated delivery date and inflated at the touch of a button. Make sure the air valve is tightened or it will slowly deflate!I am fussy about how things look and hate ugly plastic things. So was worried about that aspect! But this looks very smart - even I am happy with it.We put down some thick matting underneath it - don’t put it directly on the ground, it needs protection and insulation. You’ll also want a chemical starter kit with chlorine, anti foam etc. So be sure to order these at the same time!We also got the inflatable bladder that sits on top under the zipped cover. This keeps it more insulated and also domes the top so that rain runs off.And you’ll need an outdoor socket so it can be plugged in at all times. We are still waiting for installation of this so are running the wires through a window in the meantime!!Bear in mind it will take hours to warm from stone cold and it’s designed to stay plugged in and switched on rather than being started from cold each time.We found the best approach was to start with cold from the hose, then add buckets of hot (not boiling) water to give it a start. Always start with cold though, to protect the seams. If you can get a hose adaptor from your indoor tap, so much the better. But still start with cold (or run it warm if it’s a mixer tap, not straight hot) as house taps can be surprisingly hot.Best approach is to set up from scratch the evening before then leave it on overnight for warm water the next day.Was super excited and impressed when we first turned the bubbles on!!! They seem to run an indeterminate amount of time - we guess perhaps to do with how fast it drops the temperature, as they ran for longer in the sunshine.Once off they won’t go on for a while - it’s not broken, it just needs a break before you can reuse. This tub is super spacious for a couple. Lots of folks in the reviews say they cannot fit 4 comfortably in this tub. But my 3 sisters are all quite slight in build (size 6 UK dress size) and we’d all fit no problem.2 adults and 2 kids will also be fine (though in reality I find we leave the kids to it then get in later to enjoy the peace!).On the other hand if you are larger or want to get 4 hefty rugby player types in, you’re going to struggle. At best it will be very very cosy.Either way you’ll certainly want to know the other 3 people well! But I assume you’re not letting random strangers in your hot tub...If you’re debating over size then bear in mind that if it’s bigger it will take up more space and will be much much slower to heat and more expensive to run. If there’s only going to be 2 of you or 2 plus a couple of kids most of the time, definitely go for this one.And if you’re wondering if it’s worth it...ours arrived just in time for a couple of days of warm sunny weather and it has been amazing!! We were in and out of it for hours and it transformed our garden. Felt like we were on holiday!Yes there’s running costs to consider, but frankly it’s not as expensive as taking a family of 4 to the local swimming pool once a week. It’s equivalent to a spa membership...but unless you live next door to the spa then this wins for convenience and access. And when it’s in your own garden, you always get the tub to yourself and you can drink margaritas while sat in it!

I love it!
Quickly dispatched & as described. Couldn’t have been easier to install - Literally unpacked it, plugged it in, and it inflated in like 3 minutes!! Box is not too big either, fitted in back of my carLooks great on my decking and mates have been begging to come over and test it out. Great way to chill after a busy day at work – looking forward to the summer!

Rubbish customer support
It was great for a few goes then got an error code and it stopped working. I have been passed from pillar to post trying to get it sorted. Seller passed me onto manufacturer who tried to take me through some very basic steps (fill it to maximum level, buy some expensive limescale remover) to fix it. Now been passed to a new department. I just want a replacement/refund!

Fantastic!
Really easy to set up, have used it nearly everyday over the last 2 months and has been a god send in the current weather, two things though:I wish I had gone for a 4-6 person rather than up to 4 as 2 adults an a 12 year old is a bit of a squeeze andThere are no instructions where to put the filter, its obvious when you figure it out (on the inside grey plastic fitting but I could not find it any where in the manual and the one that heats the pool looks exactly the same....)

Third year and it wont stay blown up!!
perfect in every way except you can't prevent it from getting holes, apparently the temperature change in the weather causes holes to appear. If you only want it to last 2 years, then by all means buy it, it was lovely!
