I was about ready to give up on CPAP for a number of reasons, but one of the biggest ones: my pillow. No matter which mask I used, none would cooperate with my standard pillow. As a stomach sleeper, my face (and thus any CPAP mask) will always have some contact with parts of my pillow. So, my respiratory therapist recommended this one, as a possible thing to try. And after a few nights of getting used to it, this is now my main pillow that I can't sleep without.Main things:*It's smaller than I expected, but still works great for me, size-wise. It also is a great size for traveling with (I've fit it (tightly) into my carry-on luggage before).*It's pretty firm, too. But it's also adjustable, which I appreciated. I removed one layer and it works perfectly for sleeping on my stomach now.*The C-shaped sides are game changers. Now, no matter what mask I use, I can sleep with my head in the crook of that section and not have mask leaks.I was hesitant to buy this pillow, but it's been one of the best CPAP-related purchases I've made. Highly recommend for stomach & side sleepers.

Pillow is working extremely well for me. I sleep on my stomach, and use an ResMed AirFit P30i.This CPAP headgear has a supply tube that comes out of the crown of your head, and nasal pillows in the front.I tried several other CPAP pillows. They all had a standard thickness, and scoops of the pillow material taken (not all the way through the pillow) from each side. Thin of them as big dent on each end of the pillow. The front of my head gear that went around my nose would still get pressed to the side when placing my face over the depressions in the pillow. They did not work for me.This pillow has cut outs that go all the way through the entire pillow to accommodate head gear. It also has several layers of foam that can be added and removed to customize the thickness to accommodate a variety of sleeping positions. Because I’m a stomach sleeper,I took all of the layers out, except for the white layer, which has a soft side and an alternate cool side. Now, the part of my headgear that goes under my nose does not get hung up and it has been much easier to get a good nights sleep. I can’t recommend it strongly enough!Also, this pillow is a bit smaller than a standard pillow. So it swims around if you put it in a standard pillowcase. The manufacturer has custom pillowcases that contour to the CPAP pillow. I bought one of those, and it fits very nicely. I would recommend getting one of their custom pillowcases as well.

Perfect c-pap pillow but it does take some time to get used to. It is very firm. You can adjust the thickness by removing a pad inside the pillow.

It comes with the top of the pillow slightly higher than the bottom, causing you head to be tilted slightly upwards. I found this to be very uncomfortable. I like my head flat, aligned with the spine. I fixed this by taking out the middle cushion and cutting it in half so that the bottom matched the top. This pillow is also on the firm side, which I was hoping for. A soft pillow will not hold your head from going off the side. This may take some getting use to if you are used to a soft pillow. It is white, so I put it in a pillow case, but any pillow case will work. I give it 3 stars because I had to modify it so my head rested flat instead of pointing upward , but I am now very happy with this product.

Very good pillow for side and back sleeping. Very firm...for two years!I bought this to replace exactly the same pillow after two years of nightly use.I am a cpap user for over eight years and this pillow is the only one that I have found that provides proper support for my neck. It is firm on all edges.Best ever! I travel with it to prevent any neck pain from soft pillows.I suggest also purchasing the pillowcase.

Although a bit pricey, this pillow works perfectly for me. Being a side sleeper, it's proven to be very comfortable and supports my head well.

Do you like sleeping with a brick under your head? Then this pillow is for you. It is hard. I tried it for a week and could not get comfortable at all. It's not very big either (or maybe I have an abnormally large head). But jeeeze it's terrible. I'm writing this review at midnight after trying to get comfortable with this garbage for 2 hours. That's how terrible it is. I don't know how all these other people think it's great. I'd rather sleep on the box it came in with the little air packs Amazon puts in to keep things from moving around when they ship.

First off, I had no idea how small this pillow was, it's seriously the size of a couch throw pillow, and turning over in the night requires some repositioning beyond simply rolling over, I need to spin in place or I will overshoot the edge and wake myself even further. I'm 5-10 and 165 lbs, so I'm not using that much real estate in the first place to have to be strategic about repositioning in bed. If you want to have matching pillow cases, your pillow case be much too large for this pillow.As other reviewers have stated, the foam is FIRM with too much support, and I did not notice it getting appreciably softer in the week I have used the pillow. I have re-configured the pillow heights and foams, and there is a good bit of variety there to set the height, but the firmness is limiting comfort. The hose strap is sort of nice for not letting the hose clank to the floor, but it does not completely reduce the hose draping across your face or body as you sleep if you shift positions at all.Using a full-face mask, the cutouts do their job for reducing pressure and most noise, so good job there. The issue is making sure you align properly, and then movement requires you to realign. For those who sleep exceptionally still, this could be a real benefit for you. For others, YMMV.Overall I am less pleased than I thought I would be with the purchase of the CPAPMax 2.0, and am leaning towards returning it as a failed experiment and going back to a properly sized traditional pillow.
