Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's weighted with the metal it's made with. Makes it feel expensive , but also formal And classy. It has virtually no sound keys , you can bang them and still not hear them. The only thing this is missing is a back lit for the keys.

This keyboard/mouse combo did not work well from the beginning! No instructions on how to set it up... a little clunky. I wrote to the manufacturer to get info. Once set up, I continued to use it. Within a couple of weeks, I started losing keys. For example, if I didn't hit "0" square on, in the lower right corner of the key, it wouldn't work and I'd have to stop, go back, do it again. Bad enough. Then yesterday I turned off my computer completely... rarely do... and when I turned it on the next day, the mouse didn't work at all. Yes you save money. Which, given that it is now going to landfill, makes the purchase a little less painful of a mistake.

the slim design and the keyboard feel is good, but the click volume on the mouse is bad. The worst part by far is how bad the connectivity to the PC is. The keyboard is constantly looking for the connection not responding as needed. Very dissapointing, I am to the point of buying a new one and goin all Office Space on this one.

I will give 3 stars because at the beginning it was working wonderfully. After 4 months the keyboard started to give problems: didn't want to charge, was not unlocking my computer with Control Atl Delete. So I put it in drawer and forgot about it and now I found it try to charge it and is still not working. Mouse still charge and works; it's the only thing Im using.

This set is horrible! Is not consistent if it's going to work or not going to work. Unfortunately I bought it for work and am constantly fighting with it. DO NOT purchase this set

Very poor connection with the keyboard with randomly freeze when typing. Then when unfreezes it will pick a random button on the keyboard and ask as it is being held down.

The two side buttons never worked for me. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all. Never again. Just skip this product and save your time.
