Nice to have health insights - I was on the fence for a while, but decided to splurge and buy myself an Oura ring. I wish I bought it sooner! I've been an apple watch wearer for many years, but wanted more insights as I've been on a health and wellness journey. The ring was annoying at first, but now I hardly think about it or feel it. It's light weight and not obtrusively thick. I strongly recommend getting the sizing kit first and wearing the sizer for a while to get a feel for the ring. I chose to size it to fit my left pointer finger. The battery life is insane! I only have to charge it every few days. The sensors on the 3 don't hurt or feel weird or anything. I always wondered how legit this thing was, and if they could really tell what was going on but sure enough I wore it for a small inpatient procedure and my ring told me something was greatly stressing my body and I needed to take it easy! It's wild how it just knows! I also love learning about my sleep score and what effects it. Review: 2 x size 7 rings. Missing size 6 ring. - The sizing kit has 2 x size 7 rings. The size 6 ring is actually a size 7. The kit is useless to me as I need to compare sizes 6 and 7. The box was sealed, so I believe it wasn’t tampered with and it’s a quality check issue. Now I have to reorder another kit, and hope for the best that i won’t have the same issue again. ## Features - OURA RING GEN3 SIZING KIT - The Oura Ring Gen3 Sizing Kit is the ideal way to find the perfect size.
