Master piece and a a must for a kitchen.
Medium weight compared to cast iron.Very good non stic coating.We can use as iron pan even after coating is gone.I have alda carbon steel wok too.Very good products from alda and GlenAnd finally thank you Amazon 😊

Good to fry
It works in induction oven, but it is not nonstick cookware . Although light waight durable material makes it awesome.

The media could not be loaded. It was confusing by reading other reviews but anyway it’s a good product. I wanted cast iron wok from long let’s see how far we go with it.. 👍😊

Ok Product
Used it for making noodles and stir fry. Initially I was happy with it but it got scratched within the first 3-4 uses and then two rounds of dishwasher.Heats well and light enough for you to toss your veggies and noodles.

I thought ALDA MAKE MUST BE GOOD AS I HAVE TRIED ITS OTHER PRODUCT .BUT THIS CARBON STEEL IS THIN AND EVEN IN SIM FLAME OF GAS CHULA ,THE FRYING ITEMS GET BURNT .NOT VALUE FOR MONEY .
