Q: The paint is drying out fast and chipping when taken on pallette, and its not mixing with water. Can anyone give me a solution?

The nature of acrylic paint is meant to dry quickly. Would recommend you to take out only small quantity on plate. For coloring bigger objects take out paint in glass bowl to allow proper mixing with water and delayed drying

Q: Is there a way to thicken the consistency?

It can be mixed with matt gloss medium

Q: Is it water resistant ? I need it to paint a leather sneaker.
