Just tried this out. I like the taste.. more complex than chicken bullion. I needed to use more for the bowl of soup as the flavor came across a bit weak but that could just be my taste. I ended up adding a few other flavor enhancers to my soup but again that's just my taste. I am planning to use this in place of chicken bullion in a few other dishes I make as I expect it to work out well. Overall.. happy with this product and reasonable cost. Lower sodium always a bonus.

Very versatile mix of ingredients for a low sodium ramen item. This was a good price for the amount of powder received and very simple to use just added to my boiling water and stirred in with my noodles. I am using lower sodium items these days for healthier meals. With this item I do not need the give up ramen. I added some dehydrated vegetable mix and some Mrs Dash to kick it up. I am very pleased try this out just remember it's not as salty as generic ramen seasoning packages, yet still very tasty. I used healthy low sodium noodles I also purchased on Amazon.

Very easy to use, lower sodium and additive levels. It is a great way to flavor plain ramen . I also use it when I cook down chicken to make stock.You may need to experiment with how much to use. I found that i needed more (approx1.5x) than what the instructions indicated to get the flavor I wanted. I will continue to buy this.

I made some ramen a cpl weeks ago and thought, "I want more flavor", so I opened the flavor pack on a 2nd bag and use it, too. It made me wonder if the seasoning was sold by itself. So, I checked and VIOLA! I found this! This seemed like the best of the options I found in my search. The reviews were good, and the price wasn't crazy, so I took a shot.Wow!!!!Some people said it tastes like the seasoning that comes with Ramen noodles. I disagree. It's MUCH BETTER than that!!! The flavor is, of course, similar. This, in my opinion, has a "cleaner" kind of taste to it. I love that it doesn't have msg or gluten. It tastes like a mix of very fresh seasonings. I love the turmeric flavor in it, which I can really taste. Also the chicken bouillon flavor is excellent. Overall it's just a fabulous blend of flavors! And I love being able to use whatever amount I desire, and adjust the level for my children, too. I like my noodles more heavily seasoned, my kids like it a bit lighter. It works out great.Shortly after I got this, after many years of looking, I finally found gluten free ramen! My teenage son is a type 1 diabetic with celiac disease. It's unbelievably difficult to find things he can eat that he can also truly enjoy. He's been missing ramen since he was diagnosed at 11yo. He was overjoyed when I found the noodles, and then when he tried this seasoning he lit up! He said he wants to eat this every single day for his lunch. And even he loves that it's pretty healthy, especially compared to the standard stuff.The bag isn't huge, or tiny, but we've already used it many times each (for 4 of us) and we've hardly made a dent in the bag. Wonderful flavor, much better than the packets that come with the ramen. It has a wonderful garlic taste, and it doesn't take much to flavor your ramen. The bag didn't last very long because we started using it for other foods. I've tried a few different brands because of the high sodium in the packets that come with most ramen. This has become our favorite brand so far and is very low in sodium. It's a great value for the money. The versatility is huge; we use it on a lot of different foods. I use it to spice up chicken noodle soup, replace the packets for ramen, green beans, mashed potatoes, and even canned corn.

I was super excited to try out this product as soon as it was delivered to my door I quickly heated some hot water for some Ramen opening the store bought package.I quickly trashed the include included, seasoned packet and added 1 teaspoon of this product with 14 ounces of hot water..I was pleasantly surprised there was just as much Ramen flavor with way less salt. I was happy to know that I wasn’t gonna die from a sodium overload when using this product. I could definitely see utilizing this in other dishes besides just Ramen.I’m hoping my kids will like it cause it will be better for health and not all the excess sodium.Overall, great product I would definitely buy it again. I can’t believe I haven’t heard of this product sooner.I would like to maybe try some other flavors like beef.

Flavor was just okay. Didn't use much of it, in the end. Gave it away to someone else to try.

Awesome flavor. Great for making quick DIY ramen with plain noodles and whatever dried or fresh veggies and meat you wish to add. A lot of instant ramen options in the store have noodles that are fried rather than baked, air dried, or fresh homemade, and the seasoning packets can be full of wonky ingredients. This bag of seasoning allows you to use a healthier noodle option and add seasoning with less salt and no unpronounceable additives or preservatives. This seasoning also works great for punching up chicken dishes, plain rice, eggs, even fries. Seems kind of expensive at first, but the bag we bought and started using at the end of February 2025 is still 2/3 full with us using it almost every day. The bag has a press together closure to help keep it fresh, but it's not great at staying closed at the very ends. We ended up having to transfer to a glass jar with screw top lid.
