Overall pretty good!
Love this stuff. I gave 4 stars because of the way the product goes airborne when you take the lid off. It caused me to cough every single time. Other than that, I love it. It had a good taste.

Hawwaian spicy pineapple
This is Hawaiian pineapple. I usually have good experiences with C4 the last flavor I got it was some punch which was sweet for me, si this time I went after something more citric. When I opened the jar I started coughing and sneezing, I thought it was because the powder. Then I prepared my 10 oz drinking bottle but couldn't stop sneezing. Then when I tasted it burned my tongue and throat, I thought I washed my bottle wrong, after preparing some spicy food, so I grabbed another one with the same result. Then I came here to read the reviews and find out I'm not the only one. So, if you don't like spicy drinks, this flavor is not for you. Thanks.

Quick boost, great pre-workout
Good energy boost within 15 minutes for me, love it in the morning before a workout. I use it in place of my coffee if I have time to grab a swim or workout a couple of times a week!
