Cold water coming out of normal water outlet
Do not buy this. There’s cold water coming out of normal water outlet. When I spoke with authorised service center, they told me that they have received multiple such complaints and this is how the machine works! Ridiculous.

Cool water from normal water slot
The water dispenser overall is good, but there is one issue that needs attention. Cool water is coming out from the normal water slot, which is unconvenient. This should be checked and rectified by the service team. Other than this problem, the dispenser works fine.

Cool water anytime. Been using since 1.5 years, still going strong, no issues till date whatsoever. No leakage issue at all. Mostly used for cold water, but hot water function also works fine. Lifesaver in summer. Lower cool cabinet feature not much used, not much effective also. Anyways, not needed too.

Do Not Buy Blue star Product – Very Disappointing Product and Service
Do Not Buy – Very Disappointing Product and Service Within just two months, the product developed issues: hot and cold water supply stopped working. Customer support from Blue Star is extremely poor. I have called at least 6–7 times, and every time they repeat the same process, guaranteeing that a technician will visit—but no one has ever come. For the past two months, I have been trying to get this resolved. This week, they have even stopped answering my calls. Amazon has also been unable to help, saying I should contact the Blue Star service center directly. Very disappointing experience.
