I am amazed at how sturdy this is! I figured I would have to reinforce it in areas. I would have gave a 5 star but one the instructions were not the best. Had to look at pictures and count bolt holes to see if I was connecting stuff correctly. Then one of the pictures had miss labeled parts. Page 5 step 3 D1 on both illustration and that’s not correct. Then the bolts are very soft metal. They will strip easily. Chine steal. Other than that I love it. If you’re not a DIY person this is not for you. Took me 10 hrs to finish it. Needed one person to help lift it to put the legs on. Other then that solo project.

Update: 10/25/24 We have recieved the replacement parts.My husband has been working on this for 2 days now, and now that he's almost to the end of putting this together he notices 3 parts missing! We should have checked the box after opening it to make sure everything was counted for BUT THE COMPANY SHOULD HAVE CHECKED PRIOR TO PACKAGING IT AND SHIPPING IT OUT!! So now we play the waiting game to see if amazon sends us the 3 missing brackets to secure the sturdiness of this Awning. Other than this issue the awning looks nice. Hopefully it lasts and does it's job. It's great height wise and looks very nice in my backyard.

This was a budget replacement for a damaged patio cover we had to remove after purchasing our home.Pros:•affordable patio cover option•looks greatCons:•because of the style of roofing material, in the heat of the day, it’s VERY hot under the cover and does not feel like being in the actual shade.•directions were a bit difficult to understand and it took some trial and error to assemble

Took some time to set up but looks good… seems sturdy enough

These particular one not sure about others was manufactured poorly. From the beginning in steps 1 and 2 building the support structure, the screw holes did not match up. The metal that goes in between to hold the section together, the preset holes did not line up at all at the end where the legs would be screwed in the 4 larger preset holes were not at all lined up with the 4 smaller preset holes on the other side so you could not insert the screws without drilling new holes. The manufacturing of this product was extremely weak and obviously no quality control. I’ve already started making the changes in order to put this thing together, but if I hadn’t, I would not be keeping it. I’d be returning it for refund not recommended. You can see in the photos that the four holes that should go all the way through, the preset holes over to the left side You can barely see the first two holes that should be directly underneath and The additional holes are on the opposite side of that poorly created. I also need to add that the directions to assemble this thing are horrible.

I got the 10x14 I’ve been looking for months and this one was considerably less expensive than all the others I’ve seen. I needed something to block the rain, the cooling effect of the insulated” glass “ was an unexpected bonus. It was delivered in 2 packages with no problem. I was able to assemble it mostly by myself but did require 2 other people in the end to lift it onto the legs and into place.Some of the screw holes did not match up which is why it only got 4 stars not 5 but I have metal drill bits and self tapping screws on hand so I was able to make sure everything was attached securely. Overall extremely happy with my purchase I’m considering getting another for the other side of my house.
