I thought it will be heat proof but it’s just heat resistant. I use it in my kitchen to lift hot vessels from the stove. This can sustain only a very few seconds if the vessel is too hot. I expected more heat resistance. So you can not hold a very hot vessel for more than 10s

Actually i ordered saffron colour but i received the pink colour product. But anyhow the product is good quality in affordable price.

As these pinch mitts are small, you can not open your hand completely to grasp things like cups or sides of pots. They can only be comfortably used for holding handles. They would be suitable for smaller hands, but as I am returning the product, I can not comment about heat resistance. I have used silicone grips that were thinner, but provided enough insulation to handle hot items briefly, so I expect these might work too. But do test thoroughly before giving to kids, for whom this size would be good.

It does not hold heat for literally 2 seconds plus it's 😒 very thin material

These work just right and the price is reasonable, not sure if these are available for less in offline market. But they are good and finishing is also nice
