Terrible quality. Very disappointed.
Initially satisfied with this backpack, however within a week, the top handle on the backpack ripped right off. Then the strap started coming off (still hanging on by threads). The water bottle lid broke after a couple weeks so cannot use anymore. Now, yesterday the lunch pail zipper broke so cannot use anymore. Very disappointed and would appreciate a refund or replacement.

Looks like garbage after 1 MONTH ONLY.The material is so cheap, the zipper is broken and its just a disappointment.DO NOT BUY!

My grandson was absolutely blown away he was not expecting new back pack and gma got to surprise him it’s very sturdy!

Zero Quality
This product is not worth purchasing. My 3rd grader is six weeks into his school year and his book bag has completely came apart. The zipper is broken. The top hook and one of the back straps are broken.
