The Shoe Bench has been a nice little addition to my entryway. The sliding doors and hidden compartment work well, and the walnut finish looks good. Assembly was straightforward, and the cushioned seat is convenient for putting shoes on and off.

Poor quality, poor color, and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The “free returns” is a lie. Amazon has to handle this sellers messes. Ive spent hours on the phone trying to return this item for the same reasons the reviewer before me had. I didn’t even know Amazon could partner with such poor quality companies. Save yourself the headache and avoid this seller at all costs.

Be sure to be gentle when hammering to protect the laminate from chipping.

Use a rubber hammer, took us about 3 hours. Having some to help will make it go quicker. Works well and looks beautiful!

This product is described as being Walnut colored but is much lighter than all the other walnut furniture I own. I decided to return it only to discover I have to pay return shipping, which due to the weight of the item costs about the same that buying it cost. So now I’m out all that money with nothing to show for it. Horrible experience.
