Luxury? Not luxury.
Not the luxury product that they state - it was a little simple and basic for the money. Did A LOT of phone and computer time looking for a refund/return - understood that being a personalised item it was more complicated, but no refund and no help from Amazon being a third party seller using the platform has meant to date no positive outcome as far as I am concerned to date.There are a number of far superior products available for children with a far more luxury feel on Amazon and would recommend these over this product.
