I've been using Transparent Labs Creatine HMB for a few weeks now and overall, I'm really happy with the results. I feel stronger during my workouts and have noticed a boost in energy and performance. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor isn't bad at all—it's actually pretty decent. I've been mixing it with Crystal Light to make it more palatable, and that works well.That said, I think I’d prefer the unflavored version so I can mix it with anything or just take it plain without worrying about the taste. Will be switching to that next time. Solid product either way!

Used this stuff for a physical labor job harvesting onions and I feel like it definitely helped a lot. Definitely noticed a boost of strength so I would say its good quality.

Great flavor and it works well. No bad aftertaste and no side effects. It’s made from clean products and 3rd party tested. Highly recommend.

Seems to be working. I take one scoop a day even on my rest days and I seem to be growing muscles pretty quickly. I purchased the unflavored, and it's not great. Although I believe the product is working when I put it in water it doesn't really dissolve no matter how much I stir it. It makes it kind of unpleasant to go down and I am forced to chug it fast. *update: customer service reached out and was fantastic. I am still satisfied with the product overall I have found that almond milk is a good low carb way besides water to duck this stuff down. Recommend and will buy again

Easy to use

I bought this thinking that the unflavored version would have no flavor (like most standard creatine). It’s god awful. It TASTES like chemicals. I tried mixing it with tea like an absolute fool. Even worse. I would imagine the citrus versions might be better, because that’s the only taste that could even dream of covering this atrocity. I just wanted less additives. I’ll update this review if this product changes my entire life, but otherwise I’ll date myself by saying, “…it’s a no from me dawg.” I can’t wait to force feed myself this product over the next month in the hopes that it works.Update: it has earned one extra star, because either the taste is literally hardening me like I had postulated, or it’s actually working? I FEEL weirdly different. In a matter of just a day or two, and I was using creatine before. I’ll update if it’s just taste induced psychosis.Update 2: they offered a refund, which I do actually really think is cool. So they are up to three stars. I’m not going to be taking them up on the offer though. As god awful as the taste is, the product seems to be working, and it’s ultimately my fault for not reading reviews. That being said they might mention it has a chemical taste.
