It works great, but for some reason it keeps shocking me every time I use it. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise, everything functions as it is supposed to. The attachments are easy to attach. The directions are very clear. The battery life is amazing. I've used it on two queen beds and three pillows and still had over 50% battery life. It has a great price point for how well it works. Suction is great, it pulled out quite a bit of dust bunnies from both beds and all pillows, and it is small enough to fit in a very small area for storage in my small apartment. Like I said before, the only thing I really don't like about it, is it shocks me every time I pull it backwards.
