Since buying this trainer I must admit I was sceptical at first but I have used it for a full two weeks for two 60 min cycle sessions per day and I am impressed, not gimmicky in anyway just a simple as it comes trainer, folds away nicely and easy to set up, great purchase and would definitely recommend this plus it kills two birds one stone using my cycle to train inhouse.

Excellent value turbo trainer for basic, entry level training. Resistance cable / gearing not hugely effective, but working through your own gears, following a simple step training plan will get you the results!

Absolutely rubbish, I sent it back as it’s just to difficult to set up and the instructions are ridiculous!

Garbage. Worst kind of Chinese trash. Will also damage your bike. Avoid like the plague.
