The first night I had it, I wore it wrong and woke up about 3AM and tossed it. So the seller gets only 4 stars for no instructions. Some tips: 1) out of the bag it smells like new rubber. So I put it away and now, several months later, I tried again. But it just would not conform to the picture shown online. So I had my daughter and my husband mess with it for a while, and finally my daughter went online to look at it . She found that the picture shown where the logo is on the top of the man’s head is wrong. The other pictures, if you click on them, show correct use. So we used them as our instructions, putting the logo to the back of my head, and it now seems to fit okay. That said it appears to be a high-quality product and the company is easy to work with.I had an issue as the jaw strap pulled my jaw back, and after being in braces that previously pulled my jaw forward this did not seem to be a good idea to wear nightly.
