This little dude, he makes me so happy. I’m a 36 year old woman with anxiety issues and I always try to meditate every day but I just forget or don’t feel like it. Our "Calming" Buddy
I got this a few days ago and my 4 year old has asked for it when she gets upset to help her breathe and calm down. Not going to lie it works for me too! great buy!

Does as stated
This is as stated but I expected it to be a bit different? I thought the lights changed between colors more fluidly. The way it does can be rather abrupt and isn’t very relaxing. And then the night light setting is only the white color. I thought it would be able to be any of the colors. It does say it can be dimmed and I have not figured that one out?
