Giving this 5 stars because there’s nothing else like it on the market yet and I’m thankful they made these. My oldest child refuses to take liquid medication and will sometimes puke if we make him drink it, so I was glad to find these. Although he still hates this, it’s better than the alternative. His little brother on the other hand loves these (though he loves all medicine). I also tried these myself to understand the taste; the beginning is fine - they taste like sugary gummies - but yes, the end and the aftertaste do taste like traditional cough syrup. So if your kid hates medicine, maybe have them chew it for a few seconds then drink it down with something yummy. Also, my kids are younger than the age listed, but we asked a pharmacist and they told us to just give a smaller dose. I typically cut one gummy in half, but I’m just sharing what we do. Obviously ask a professional if you have questions.

Cough syrup tastes bad, this is better. My son said it was good for a few seconds at beginning and then he could taste the medicine, but still better than the liquid. After taking for a few times, he said this was not bad. He didn’t have big reaction as he did for the syrup in the past, this is very good! I would say if you have younger kids, it’s good that it doesn’t taste like candy or gummy, so you don’t need to worry about overdosing or something. One big plus is that I now don’t need to look for the dosing cup all the time, do the measuring and cleaning. This is very convenient. The instruction says 1 tablet for 6-12 and 2 for 12 above.

Took away my son’s cough within about 20 minutes! He didn’t mention anything about the taste so I’m going to assume it wasn’t bad!

My teen still struggles with pills. So I gave these a try. She says they don’t taste good at all but the fact that she eats them with out all the extra drama tells me they aren’t good but they are edible. She is coughing really bad with this flu/cold and from my perspective, they do seem to lessen her cough but she’s still coughing a lot after taking them. I don’t know yet if I will order them again. Once I am out, I’ll leave that up to my teen.

Do NOT buy your child this! I bought it because my son HATES liquid medicine, well unfortunately this tastes JUST like liquid medicine. NOT “mixed berry flavor”.Amazon would not let me return it either because it’s opened. So now I have 15 chewable cough syrup tasting gummies that will go to waste & I lost the money on it🙃 don’t be like me, just DONT buy it.

My daughter with low functioning autism eats these with no issues. If she is told it's medicine and is a snickers candy bar, she won't touch it because of the M word. Call it candy, and it's actually medicine, she will eat it. Since she has the mind of a three year old, she chews everything and will not swallow anything whole. So it has to be a chewable medication, or hidden within food. She takes this, no problem and gets relief when sick!

I got this for my kids because they wouldn’t take liquid medicine. I love the idea, but the actual Gummies were so big that it choked my child and made him gag. I ended up having to cut it up which meant he had to take more little pieces and it just was a fight that wasn’t worth it.

Finally something my kid will take and not complain about.Heck, I just might start taking these instead of the liquid.
