Okay so this is the second back brace I have purchased. My first one was from a different company and no longer fit right. I am so glad I tried this one. I love how the support goes all the way up my back AND the shoulder straps are thin and wider so they dont dig into your shoulders. Also, there are THREE ways to adjust the fit. Its comfortable and works well! Worth every penny in my opinion. Im at a desk all day so this helps keep me from slouching. Im 5’6, 180lbs and a medium fit perfect.

This back brace works pretty well. I have worn it periodically for a few weeks and have noticed a difference. When I wear it and afterwards, I tend to have less back and neck pain compared to the days when I forget to put it on. It does take some getting used to as the back is completely rigid, essentially forcing your spine to stay straight. It helps correct posture effectively while sitting or standing, but can be a little bit of a nuisance when dealing with toddlers. I especially appreciate having it when sitting at the computer or standing for long periods in the kitchen (dishes, meal prep, etc.). The fabric is breathable and the design allows for complete adjustment for your body type and size. It has a pretty slim profile and can be worn under a shirt, however I find it more comfortable to at least have a camisol of tank top between it and my skin. It is easier to hide when wearing under loose t-shirts.

Very comfortable. I wear it all day and can even do gardening which requires a lot of bending. I adjust it as needed and no one notices my wearing it under various tops. Very well made and thankfully it’s breathable. I am conscious if I start slouching because I get a slight pull so I immediately straighten up. Great value for the money. I have tried other back straightening products and none of them worked. I’m happy I found a brace that will help me straighten and strengthen my abs and back.

I have ordered and worn a similar brace from this company for a a year or two now. It saved my upper back and shoulders a lot of pain. I used to have to get massages about every 2 weeks for tension and pinched nerves in my back and shoulder blades from doing surgery as a spay/neuter surgeon. This one is very similar, but it has a wider range of size adjustments. As I gained some weight, I was at the top end on the size adjustments on the old one. With this one I am on the lower end of adjustments and have plenty of room to spare which has been very helpful. I wear it all morning or sometimes all day depending on the number of hours I am needed in surgery and no longer suffer from the upper back pain and pinched nerves below my shoulder blades that I had before wearing a brace to keep my posture correct while working. It has improved my over all posture as well.

Very easy to adjust to size. Provides excellent support. Have only used for a couple of weeks and may raise my rating to a five as time progresses. Easy to keep clean.

I'm a 5'1" woman, so it's always hassle to find something fits me just right. This brace, "small," perfectly fits me! What makes the perfect fit is "4 Back Support Bars. When I read the ad says "NO MORE SLOUCHING," I thought that "I would love it" because I've been using the brace with 2 Back Support Bars + 2 short Side Support Bars which I have always thought that "it could be better" (but I didn't know what needed to be done, though). Thus, because this brace fits my body perfectly, my posture gets straightened up and it stays that way all day long. Because of the perfect fitness, I can comfortably wear it all my waking hours. I love it

I am unable to return this item because no receipt ever given. Better Business Bureau investigated, but there’s nothing more they can do. Seller, as found in package mailing label has terrible reviews.So sorry I bought this flimsy thing!

A bit small, and definitely hurts if worn excessively. Waist measurement must be in Chinenglish numerals. But does improve my posture, at a price.
